Biography

P. Ekuba Odoi-Atsem formerly known as Patricia Ewusie Mensah is the founder and manager of 3M&C Health Systems, a registered Limited Liability Ghanaian Company. Ekuba received her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration from the Columbia Union College, Takoma Park, Md., Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland, and second Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, University College. A doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Walden University in Minnesota. Ekuba also has a diploma in paralegal studies, elder law, and nursing home law.

She has always been an entrepreneur and has owned and managed her own healthcare billing and consulting firm since 2005. She is the owner of 3M&C Health Systems is a division of 3M&C Ghana Limited, a registered and privately-owned Ghanaian healthcare organization, established in 2009. It is a fully integrated healthcare system operating from three locations; in East Legon, Accra Tamale and one in Tema.  All facilities and services are opened and operated a minimum of 12 hours a day, 7days of the week. One facility is opened 24/7, 365 days of the year. All the facilities are operated by full-time doctors, nurses, ancillary service technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
