Biography
Gordon Comstock, MBA, is the Vice President of the Program Delivery Group for Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and is responsible for directing the global portfolio of health care programs and people, shaping and overseeing program execution, and managing all country operations to support the achievement of MSH’s mission, goals, and objectives. He previously served as director of global supply chain and deputy director of the Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM), a nonprofit organization established in 2005 by Management Sciences for Health and JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. PFSCM managed two major projects, including PEPFAR/USAID’s Supply Chain Management System and The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (The Global Fund)’s Pooled Procurement Mechanism.
Gordon has over 30 years of consulting and management experience. Before joining PFSCM, he served as the director of intellectual property for the University of Illinois, College of Medicine. Gordon has served as a managing partner for LifeScience Partners and as a senior manager, human resources consulting with Deloitte & Touche. He has also served as a senior consultant, organization effectiveness with Opinion Research Corporation, and compensation consultant with The HayGroup. Gordon’s managerial experience includes service as vice president and general manager, as well as director of programs, of MAP International. Gordon earned his MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and his BA from Wheaton College.
