There is emerging consensus that health supply chains must evolve to meet the demands of a rapidly changing global health architecture. The last two years have reemphasized the importance of governance, financing, market incentives, investment models/capital, and access strategies that are needed to build more resilient, equitable, and responsive systems for medicines, diagnostics, vaccines, and other essential health products.
GHSCS 2026 will explore these issues through a combination of keynotes, panel discussions, and contributed talks. Like in the past, the conference will assemble a collection of experts that include government representatives, academics, NGOs, civil society, industry, donor, and multilateral representatives to explore these topics. The committee is particularly interested in capturing the voices from the field to learn and share experiences related to the conference theme and mechanisms to achieve these goals.
The GHSCS Program Committee is currently seeking proposals for focused presentations (talks / posters) that are consistent with the broader theme of Health Supply Chains for the Next Era. The committee encourages submissions in all areas of the global health supply chain – for medicines, vaccines, and diagnostics – including procurement models, supply chain (re-)design, innovative business models and partnerships, creating approaches for financing procurement and supply chains, appropriate use of technology including artificial intelligence, data and decision making, and workforce development.
To be considered for presentation (talk or poster) please upload an extended abstract of about 1500 words to GHSCS-2026 submission portal by July 25, 2026, 11:59pm EST.
NOTE: Proposed PANEL presentations will not be accepted through the submission portal. Panels may be proposed by becoming a sponsor at the Gold or Platinum level. Please see sponsor levels and benefit information HERE.
