For Presenters 2020

Once again, congratulations on being selected to present your material at the 2020 GHSC Summit! We’re down to the wire and it is important to pay particular attention to these instructions.

  1. The Summit will take place on the ZOOM platform. Links to sessions will be given out closer to the date. Please make sure you are fairly familiar with Zoom ahead of time.
  2. Take the time now to REGISTER for the Summit. Registration gives you access to all Keynotes, Panels and other presentations. You are required to register in order to present at the Summit.
  3. Talks have been scheduled. Please locate your DAY and TIME SLOT in the PROGRAM SCHEDULE.
  4. A Powerpoint TEMPLATE is available for download HERE.

You have been contacted by a student assistant and given instructions on how to upload your presentation to a Google folder that only our organization and yours has access to. 

  1. Presentation Options
    1. We strongly suggest that you pre-record your presentation to avoid any bandwidth issues during the summit. The student monitor for your session will play your narrated presentation, and you will be available at the session for questions and answers. INSTRUCTIONS for various options to pre-record.
    2. Alternately, you may present your material live, however you are still required to upload your PowerPoint into the Google folder mentioned in #4 above as soon as possible, but NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12TH, 11:59pm EST.
